How to reach us
Pick whichever channel is easiest. We do not use a public phone line, so everything runs through chat, messaging, or the form below.
- Live chat (bottom-right): a real advisor is on rotation, so you reach a person rather than a bot. Quickest for a back-and-forth question.
- WhatsApp or SMS (bottom-left): good for sending your details and getting a written reply you can keep. The same number works for both.
- Placement-plan request: use the form to send your situation in one go. This is best if you already know your track and deadline and want us to come back with a plan.
What to include
Three details let us give you a useful answer instead of a generic one:
- Your NP track, FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, PMHNP, PNP-PC, or WHNP (MSN, post-master's certificate, or DNP). This drives which preceptors can supervise you.
- Your city and state, placement is local, and licensing rules differ by state, so where you are matters more than almost anything else.
- Your clinical application deadline, Herzing asks students to begin the formal placement process well before this date, so the sooner we know it, the more runway we have. See clinical deadlines for the full timeline.
Any extras help too: which semester you start clinicals, whether you have leads of your own, and your preferred contact channel. Not sure of your numbers yet? How fast will I hear back?
